1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Undergrad’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform or its services.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered undergraduate student at a recognized institution in Southern Africa. Undergrad reserves the right to verify student status before confirming any service.

3. Services Offered

Undergrad provides:

• Graduation regalia rental and purchase
• Graduation savings plans

---

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and academic information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful, personal, and academic purposes
• Notify Undergrad of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments must be made via approved channels (e.g., PayFast, EFT)
• Lay-buy options are available for regalia and savings plans
• Missed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Regalia orders may be cancelled within 3 days of payment for a full refund
• Savings plans are refundable subject to terms outlined in the Refund Policy
• Insurance policies are non-refundable once activated

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and service models are the intellectual property of Undergrad. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Undergrad is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party couriers or service providers
• Loss or damage due to user negligence or misinformation
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

9. Privacy & Data Use

Undergrad collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data is used to improve services and ensure secure transactions.

10. Amendments

Undergrad may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
